| viva la vida

Despite it being mildly melancholic, it is still one helluva catch tune, hence the title which in this blog usually have little or no connection to the post at hand (or web browser, depending on how fussy you are).

Neways,
Blessed Burfday To All Feb Babies!

But since I wasn't able to take pictures of all ur cakes and stuff, I'll only post who I have and who is but the form following the function of what, and what I have are the pictures of...

Miss Jessika Woah~

Blessed burfday she had indeed. She was so happy, she stabbed her fugu cake for the fear of poisoning.. I think.

it cries pink tears

spreading it around like a severe case of Much Love®

In fact, with that much love requires a certain amount of emo to uphold the thin balance of Much Love®. Despite it being a joyous occasion, two lovers were separated by a foot thick wall. To make matters worse, Vain too advantage of the young Sally Brown.

bawwwww~

as if this blog needed another reason to eat up bandwidth

Anyway, I dunno if it's well known or not but teppanyaki buffet-restaurant Sibaraku serves in between lunch and dinner rush hour, some awesome tea-teppanyaki. On Saturday, Becca and I went there for some late lunch and despite having the fear of being stuck in a long queue thanks to good ol' commercialism Valentine's Day, it was pretty nice and quiet. We had quite an awesome time of stuffing ourselves silly with Some Good Food® though I'm not here to show ya pics of the food but rather of some awesome chocolate fondue in action.

the chocolate was the tempation

the bowl, my brilliance

the sweetness, her allegiance

And after getting lost for nearly an hour and participating in some illegal activity that could easily get me jailed; they were, after all stored in a 5.56x45mm ammo crate, this was the only safe picture that I'm able to reveal without jeopardizing my safety.

MAI EYESSSS!! IT BURRRNNSS!!!

Finally, my parents in their awesome logic dictated that rather than spending RM600 in a hotel buffet dinner thingy, they'd rather spent 'em money on some awesome Chinese food and boy were they right.

salmons yummy

yes, i do know CNY was over loooong time ago

once again, Some Good Food®

it be crabs!

Ended the night with some good view and a whole lotta thinking.

i've only personally brought 4 people here

Nite peeps and have a fun week!

| im cohabitating?

I dunno how to confess this but..

yeap~ richard officially lives with me now

I wonder if anybody else had a little sense of tingling irony. hehe~

Week TWO is up and so are tutorials and assignments. But before we go all head on into the fray of non-stop work, let us take some time to take a good look back at the previous week with our feng sui fully charged.

the dragon

the crane

the lamb

            . . . . . . . . .

Blah~ It ain't working.

Welcome January babies who have yet to learn the horrid delightful truth of the existence of this waste of bandwidth beautiful/lovely blog.

Lets be grateful for what we have and leave away what we desire because we all know better that what we want is truly what we can't get; for those who love their life shall lose it and those who hates his life in this world shall keep it for the eternal.

be grateful for no alternate universes

be grateful for things in context

be grateful for creativity

and lastly...

be grateful for portals

Mirror's Edge is interesting but meh~
Nite peeps~

| so what did i miss guyz?

Chinese New Year's over, the year of the Ox is here. Economist predicts recession. Recession has already paid visits to several nations with saddening consequences - but not Malaysia. Why? Because we're an ignorant bunch!
and also because I need placement for my internship Yay!

guinness - the cure for the economy

This year CNY is a rather good one to me. Why? Because Ashie is backkk!! (cue: jeremy clarkson exclaiming with excitement upon the revival of his japanese gf; Amy, the SatNav voice on the Nissan GTR)

and she comes home with a 3 months warranty too! veli naish~!

Not many pictures of cuzzies and etc were taken this CNY. Maybe it's because of the distance of mindsets and thoughts amongst most cuzzies. I personally do feel a certain thingy that separates my paternal cuzzies and me. Thankfully, it doesn't apply to all of them.

dad and mom

awesomely cute and smart niece - plays both the piano and violin!

Dinner during CNY were rather creative and simple. Gotta love how cheese changes everything.

crispy roti kosong with mozzarella cheese

Maternal cuzzies were crazy and fun as usual. Had loads of fun in Asahan.

they're siblings

i... i... dunno what to say... it was a mistake...

But seriously. I guess the one only thing that really made my day this whole week is to meet an old friend. Despite it being awfully rushing and all, despite only spending 2 hours of precious time with her, despite feeling a lil' unsatisfied, I'm glad I was able to meet up with her this CNY again. hehe~

shu lin and i, Jan '09

Well~ I hopez al uf ur CNY celebratings were funz~
Welcome to another semzz~
