Some things just can't be explained by our limited human understanding and knowledge. One of them is The Reason a Man would die for a friend. A true sacrifice that none could compare. A Man's death that saved the world. Sadly, the world has drown the meaning of His death. Quite funny to think of it as God created us in His image but yet we only use 10% of our brains. Not to mention that the world we live in keeps deteriorating in every generation. I'm not complaining nor fretting as it our own fault that we live in such times. However, I do pray that even in this time, I would always have the flame that burns ever bright in me. Thinking of His death, His sacrifice, makes me feel so unworthy, so... rotten... *sigh*
You know, I did prayed once that I could live long enough to see Jesus descent from the heavens and all eyes will be fixed on Him. A day that all Christians are waiting for... Gosh... But then again, I keep thinking to myself, "What if I'm not ready? What if I'm still living in sin?" As the bible says, He would come like a thief in the night (meaning anytime). Knowing how I have to pray for forgiveness everynight, makes me nervous.
I pray that God would break me; break my ego and pride so that I will be fully dependant on Him. Knowing that He is my strength, my pillar. Let my body be as broken as jars of clay drop to the ground.

you know.. you dont have to keep praying for frogiveness every night. He has already forgiven you, two thousand years ago. and He said in His word that your sins He will remember NO MORE.
He HAS forgiven, even now. and by saying now i really mean now. and you know.. now isnt realy now anymore. it was just now. so basically now would mean every minute every second every millisecond. cos when you say now it isnt now anymore, its just now.. yeah..
your past sins, present sins, future sins even. they have been forgiven and forgotten. no use living in guilt or fear. God didnt come to this world to condemn, He came to save, to give life, to be a Father to the fatherless. He is tha answer to our problems, He is not the problem.
why else would He die on the cross for? His blood was shed for the forgiveness of OUR sins. that includes your sins and my sins.
chill man. He has forgiven you, and given you the right to enjoy life. you dont have to keep on perpetually beggibg Him to forgive you. He already has. in ecclesiastes it says God has made everything beautiful in His time, not will make. which means He wants you to smile. He's happy when you're happy. He cries when you cry. He keeps your tears in a bottle and actually knows the exact number of hairs on your head. He loves ou that much and cares for you that much. how on earth cud He still hold your sins against you?
that wudnt make any sense. the devil doesnt want you to know this truth, cos he knows that this truth will set you free. that's why he keeps making you thinnk that you're not worthy of God's love.
but well.. here's the truth! God loves you extravagantly. He has already forgiven you all your sins, past, present AND future. nothing you could do would make Him close the door on you. He loves you and has given you the right to enjoy life. you are a son of the Most High God.
live the high life dude. as He is, so are you in this world. He is powerful, so are you. your words carry power. rmb that life and death lies in the power of the tongue. confess all the gd things which you want to see happen in your life. whenyou are sick, say you're healed by His stripes. when you are poor, say you are rich because your God in Heaven is rich. you are what He is.
anyways, you be blessed okae. share this good news. God loves you. alot. and alot is an understatement. God became our sin so that we can become His righteousness. the same way He became sin without commiting sin, we become righteous without doing righteous deeds.
when you keep on begging for forgiveness, it shows how unworthy the precious blood of Jesus is to you, do you under-estimate its power to cleanse you, to make you whole and righteous? well, dont. change toyr mindset. the blood of Jesus has already cleansed you and made you whole and made you righteous.
